The concept is good, but the way this is planned out and put into practice is a bit ugly, the face doesn't seem very symmetrical at all and the sky doesn't have any pattern to the random lines.. Good colors though.

They only have one eye, and the anatomy on both of them is very janky and awkward..

I feel like you could spruce this up with a bit of detail and maybe fix the anatomy a bit? The lighting looks good and is what saves this piece, but the background is also a little bland..

I suggest looking at posemaniacs.com to help with anatomy, I got suggested to it by JohnnyUtah, I think this would help you a lot!

(just a side-note, maybe a bit of explanation on the animal ears and tail on a human body?)
